Update 09/03/25 9am

Due to power outages here in the Gold Coast, some of Genesearch systems are offline. Whilst e-commerce/website/e.freezer orders will still be accepted, your automated Order confirmation emails will be delayed until power is restored.

Update 04/03/25 10pm :

Cyclone Alfred will cross the QLD coast on Thursday night 6th March, and the Genesearch warehouse and operations will be right in the middle of it. Most of our systems will remain online, however we will not be able to ship any orders, and we have deferred orders from suppliers for one week, as power loss will likely be widespread and possibly well into next week.

For any orders with an original ETA of between 10-14 March, add 1 week.
